This is a really nice park and has great access to downtown Santa Fe, plus restaurants. The site was level, and all sites are back in. The staff are very accommodating, and help you to your site and backing in. The office staff are helpful with tour and restaurant recommendations. Our site was satellite accessible, tho they do offer cable. The park was quiet, and very well maintained. This is our 2nd stay at this park, and will return if ever I. The area again.

We just stayed here one night, but were favorably impressed. It is an older park and has some peculiarities of placement and access for the electric, water and sewer hookups, but they are all there and work. There are a number of permanent residents and just a few sites for those who are just visiting. The bath houses are aged but clean and functional. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and the park is very close to city center while still being quiet and having lots of trees and plants, along with level sites. We would stay here again - and we have stayed in other RV parks in the area where we would not return.

We've been to Santa fe numerous times over the years......in our RV or B&B accommodations. This was a journey on our way back to Boulder.

Check-in was friendly and helpful. I insisted that there be NO lights shining in to our sleeping area and Teresa thought long and hard and accommodated us! Bathrooms were clean and toasty warm and the bus stop to town was at the front entrance. A day pass for seniors was $1/each. Can't beat it.
Would definitely stay here again!

Bathrooms very clean, Teresa at check-in very nice, owner horrible, grumpy, arrogant, unfriendly, we had no power, owner was upset with me, told me a 1500 watt space heater was the problem, he turned on the main breaker in the electrical room, it had been off for the off season, instead of saying sorry to me, he walked away and never said a word, also this is in a terrible location, crack addicts all along the street, NOT A SAFE AREA, do yourself a BIG FAVOR, stay anywhere but here, Walmart is way better!!!!

We had two nights here and were very happy with everything.
Check-in was tidy with lots of information on the area. The site was gravel but level. The hookups all in good condition except for the water being sunken in the ground and difficult if you are older.
The bathrooms are old but well maintained and clean and tidy. Wifi was fair. A bit slow.
Well situated to town with a bus stop right outside.
Of special mention was the maintenance man who maintains and keeps everything so beautifully clean and tidy.
We would stay again.
