Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Elijah with the valet service was particularly helpful. The breakfast was excellent and area attractions handy. The room was very loud at night withnoise from the street 11 stories below. Certainly not the fault of the hotel, but something to consider should you be planning to actually rest. Bring earplugs!

Free breakfast, free drinks and food in the evening, free WiFi, room rate was inexpensive, room was clean, lobby was immaculate, great location… I was very pleased with this hotel! The building has a lot of history as well.

Every single hotel staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful and went out of his or her way to make me feel welcome!
The hotel room was clean (I've stayed in many hotels since the pandemic and have found most rooms are barely acceptable as far as cleanliness --- what a nice change this was to find) and very comfortable. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable and the sheets felt clean. The towel quality was just okay but still fine. I appreciated the good lighting and having multiple electrical connections and USB ports. This made working in the evenings so much easier. And it was a great help charging my mobile devices.
