Great stay except for scalding hot shower water. Accepted us for early arrival which was very convenient. The facility was spotless and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast great value.More

I enjoyed this stay. It is ideally located in an area where there is plenty of eating places nearby and very convenient to shopping areas and also within driving distance to some of San Antonio's major attractions. They hotel has a full breakfast so you don't have to drive out to a restaurant. The suite makes you feel like you are at home and a very relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are very private and almost soundproof so there is little distraction from other guests.

Arrival process was good, very friendly. I didn't do the breakfast or dinner, but I did see them set out and it looked excellent. Dirty room- sheets with stains, ants in bed, crumbs from night before (poor vacuuming), entryway floor not clean. Also, very noisy location, couldn't rest, lots of foot traffic and thin walls where I stayed (room 105). Reported and they moved me right away- good responsiveness and friendly staff.

This is a good hotel. Rooms are adequate and clean. Breakfast and evening social were great. This is a good hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I like the job that Hilton does at their hotels. Only thing they could add are movies in the room

This is a good hotel if you are looking to do a vacation on a budget. The rooms are not updated, but they were clean. The breakfast buffet was alright. Like most Homewood Suites it offered free dinner throughout the week. I did not partake in the free dinners. One night they were serving lasagna with mashed potatoes (I think that tells you all you need to know about the free dinners).
The location had pros and cons. It was not really near good restaurants, but it was near the highway.

Great hotel and love this hotel stay. It is value for money and nice renovated rooms. Can have few more vegeterian items for the breakfast. The staffs are friendly and always available for help. Can't ask for more....
