Wow this place is very unique inside our room we have a large fireplace that kept us warm at night and the whole room reminds me of living in an Indians home. Large and spacious rooms with tile floors. The beds and pillows are comfy. Nice bathroom with a shower and tub. Outside of our room we have Our own patio with table and chairs and the coolest thing is outside we have a lemon tree! The landscaping is also very beautiful when you wall around the pathways! The pool and hot tub are SOO nice, open 24 hours and the pool is heated. Dinner was delicious and pricy, but worth it. I got the chicken breast and it was really good! Definitely check this place out!

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near a nice city park, this hotel has very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, is clean and quiet. Service was very good and security even found a pair of gloves that we lost in the parking lot. The only thing holding this hotel back from a 5 star rating is an upgrade of the bathroom finishings (not they adequate as they are, but not at the luxury level).

had read reviews that said newer rooms were better, so i requested one on check in but was told they were full. since the parking lot was barely full for the four days i was there, i think not. this older room was large but really worn....paint chipped off wall, bathtub chipped (and no drainage), bent blinds, no screens on windows....s/w decor except for some odd stencils. the grounds were beautiful but perhaps a little focus on keeping rooms updated would be worth it. not sure why they were not allowing new rooms to be available.

Room Tip: didnt get to SEE a new room but can say our old room was sad.

We stayed at the Lodge for four nights. We found the room to be quiet and attractive, the hotel grounds tastefully landscaped, if less suggestive of a desert than one might have expected: a surprising amount of lawn for an arid environment. Hotel staff were competent and responsive, and seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction.

Room Tip: Lodge is on a fairly busy street, which could be a source of noise. Rooms at the back of the structu...
