This property consists of several disconnected buildings adjacent to one another and laid out in sort of an "L" shape. My room was in the building connected to the lobby on the ground floor. There was a nicely groomed patio/terrace outside this building. The pool was one building down. Nothing fancy. The free breakfast consisted of menu options to choose from in an adjacent restaurant. You could also order additional food off the menu. The food and service were good. My room was big and clean and freshly renovated. It was not near the train tracks.
So I did not hear trains, as other reviewers mentioned. They were redoing the lobby when I was there. So check-in and check-out were a bit awkward, but they made good with a tough situation. The hotel is not far from major attractions, though not walkable to those attractions. Overall, I was pleased with this hotel and would stay here again.More
