We only stayed one night and didn't spend much time at the facility. Everything seemed clean, well maintained and updated. The location has mostly budget motels. We stayed at a competing property not long ago and were disappointed. University Inn appears to be the best among its immediate competition. Its rates aren't the lowest, but it's probably the best value considering its features and condition.

Everything was very good, close to everything and especially to the University campus, just 6 min drive. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was working and there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there during my next visit and would recommend the hotel to my friends.
Stayed here with my son on the way from Phoenix to New Mexico. Came because of the electric car charger. Delighted to find at least a 40 kw solar system on the roof, newly remodeled rooms, non-wasteful soap in bathroom, and a comfortable, quiet night's sleep. Great price, too!
The innkeepers were marvelous: we enjoyed chatting with them, and they did me a big favor afterwards, by helping me recover an item I had left in the room.
We send thanks again to them for that kind help, and hopes that they and Tucson are doing well in these strange, coronovirus times.
Nice update since my last visit for University of Arizona Parents Weekend 2018. Needed a little dusting but other than that I was VERY Pleased! Great Shower Pressure and Comfy Bed and Pillows! It is close enough to University of Arizona and to the Freeway.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this place.They are in a transition (hopefully, they are mid-way and not completed). The style of the hotel is going from an older motel to...either euro-chic-something or a porn set. It's not just an upgrade, it's a 180 into left field. Modern metal room numbers and different color pastel doors are set against old brick. For what they charge, I don't expect to haul my own luggage up to the second floor,though. (Front desk said $170. they charged me was cheaper than their online price, but LOOK! TripAdvisor has it at $120.) The Post It note on the vending machine at the bottom of the stairs threatens that it is only for hotel guest use. A solo washer and dryer wait awkwardly in the second floor hall. There is no note of assistance if you need quarters or soap. And then, BAM! There's the room. I was assaulted by an LED light strip on a fuschia painted wall and overpowering air freshener. Not a good room if you are sensitive to migraines. The other room lights are industrial overkill in terms of brightness. Toiletries are in larger bottles, affixed to the walls. There is a painting of a cobweb of yarn that is the focal point of the room. If I look at it long enough, I don't know if it will put me to sleep, or give me nightmares. And the glitter-infused faux marble counter tops that don't match top it off. While it made for review-writing fun, I will stay somewhere else next time.

When you try to book hotel by internet all travel agency show the rate at first click may not for the same day rate , may for other day and at the end show correct rate for same day
We know what are the rate on all web site and we try to give same or low rate
