I went to this restaurant on my birthday (Sunday - 9/10) with my family and was pretty impressed with my experience. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived around 4:30 or so for dinner and the inside of the place was very clean. I also noticed that our table, utensils, cups and napkins were very clean as well. As for the food, me and my family agreed that it all tasted delicious and had lots of flavor in it (even if the portion size was a tad bit smaller than what we are usually used to). I ordered the pan-roasted chicken breast which tasted delicious. My brother (who is a very picky eater) ordered the wood-grilled sirloin steak which to me and my family's surprise ate everything that was on his plate. My parents ordered the meal of the day which was a fish stew. They told me that the fish, the sauce that was on the fish and the bread that was in the bowl tasted great but they didn't like that they added too many greens in the bowl. For dessert, we all ate the Waterman dessert sampler which tasted great too. I think everyone's favorite dessert was the strawberry pistachio sundae. Yum! I would definitely recommend this place for someone who is looking for a creative and delicious dining experience.
