We have been staying at the Peak to Peak Lodge for the last few years. The price is very reasonable and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoy the pool and hot tub when we can. The owners are nice and worked with us when we had an emergency come up the last time we stayed. The location is just outside of the main city but close enough that we can run down to the lake for our morning runs or even walk the 1.5 miles to town if we didn't feel like driving. There is a really nice walking path right by the entrance to the property and the views are beautiful. I would say that if you are expecting a 5 star hotel for a two star price you shouldn't be looking at this property. It is a basic, clean and comfortable motel with nice amenities and reasonable rates compared to other places in Estes Park. We recommend staying here.

Room Tip: Cheapest rooms are smaller. There are varying room sizes and prices so choose accordingly.

Very comfortable. Loved the mattress. Simple but attractive and quiet. Lots of outlets, which was nice. No breakfast but none advertised. Very pleased with stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I felt duped when I got to this hotel after booking it based on a 4 star/very good rating online. We were given a room at the end which was very close to the road. The room was clean but so dated that it was difficult to tell it was clean. The room had a funky smell, and had only a double bed. We did not have a comfortable night here. The owner does not allow marijuana smoking or any smoking in the rooms, which is nice.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. You booked the cheapest room that is available, which is not as updated and not at the best possible location. You also booked the smallest bed. We offer rooms with double, queen and king beds and rooms with 2 rooms and 3 beds. The attention to cleanliness is always the same for each room type. Please visit us again and book a room on the 2nd floor with balcony and view for a relaxing experience.

It seems that Estes Park has a few Horror motels so I choose this motel. I guess you pay for the location in Estes Park as the price is a bit too high for a motel room. Be careful when you drive by cause you can miss it easily. The motel is just outside Estes Park. Enough parking available. No breakfast or any food options offered. The rooms were a bit outdated and basic but for the rest ok. Check in went smooth and quick and reception opens at 8 AM (and we left around 6AM) however you can leave the key in a box. If you want a decent clean motel room with no frills and don't pay the price at the more expensive hotels than this is a good choice.

These people we,re excellent hosts! From check in to check out they we,re there to help with any questions or any needs. Just a great experience for a change!!!! Only complaint their sign was small and color selection blended in with surroundings. So if your going out of town on 7 look for it on the left!!

Room Tip: Room 3 had plenty of space for wife and I, and elder son. 3 beds worked out!
