I took my friend here for her birthday. We were seated right away (it was about 8pm on a Friday). It took a long time for our server to show up just to get us water. She seemed like she really did not want to be there. Not rude, just not present. Eventually we got water, then we waited to give her our order. A different server brought us our food, and he was very nice. He is the one who told us about the birthday desert Bravo offers. He is also the one who checked back to make sure we were doing OK. Our original server did not check on us until we finally got the bill. It was not very busy at all, and she walked past our table several times, but never acknowledged us.
The food was really very good. I had the lobster ravioli and enjoyed it very much. The creme brulee was pretty good, and my friend enjoyed her birthday blondie sundae. I would probably go back again.
First time into Bravo! Good call. Definitely a nice facility- upscale.
Our server was busy but attentive-
Typical Italian fare with high end twist. While prices were a few dollars above competitors food quality was way above average.
Overall a good call & we'll be back to try dinner!
Having maxed out on NM cuisine during a week of traveling throughout the state, we opted for Italian and happened upon this place. Its location in a shopping mall area reflects its appeal to families and locals. That said, it offered good selections, of good quality, with good service, at reasonable cost. The salads were a particularly good surprise, the bread (served at each table with olive oil for dipping) a bad one.
Have not been to Bravo in months, what a mistake! Enjoy happy hours- eating early, small portions, variety and reasonable $$.
Sat in bar area, great for people watching. Ordered the chicken/bacon flatbread ($5.00)and crispy shrimp ($6.00) Perfect for 2 people sharing. Complementary bread and oil olive was perfect for scooping up shrimp sauce.
Add some Moscow Mules ($5.00) that were perfectly made and you have a super Happy Hour.
William was our excellent waiter.
If you have not joined Bravo rewards club on internet-Do it!
I will be back next week.
