Start your visit with this tour for several reasons. It provides the lay of the land for other sights you'll want to see but saves you the laborious effort of driving each & every neighborhood with your head buried in a map or guidebook. Mariposa shared humorous & interesting stories about each sight. Also, their brochure of discounts to museums & restaurants has already saved us more than the cost of the trolley.

Very educational and informative. It is a great way to learn about the city and decide which restaurants you want to try and other places you want to visit. I highly recommend doing this as soon as you arrice into town. The price $25 per person was well worth the 2 hour ride.

I was staying at the Hotel Albuquerque from where the trolley departs. I heard about it from the Tourist Info center, however and was very happy I decided to pay and enjoy the two hour tour. Our guide was terrific. I learned a lot about the city and the traveling overveiw was very helpful. Highly recommended.

All I have to say is i recently moved and the trolley goes down 10th street consistently on time everytime I see it. A nice way to view ABQ.

While there’s nothing wrong with ABQ Trolley, the limited route through Albuquerque is rather limited. With unlimited public transportation at $3 per day, why pay a premium price to travel, basically, Central Avenue? I belated learned this. ABQ Trolley, however, appears to be a good value for ventures outside the city, such as Balloon Festival Park and Sandia Tramway. I needed only the basic city tour, and found that city buses passed by on Central Avenue far more frequently, especially since I wanted to visit sights every few blocks along Central Avenue: 66 Diner, KiMo, Holocaust Memorial, Old Town, ABQ Museum, etc. Granted, I don’t have ambulation issues—unless I’ve had too many margaritas☺ ABQ Trolley is great to get an overview of the city, but phenomenal and inexpensive public transportation outweighs the benefits. $20 for a two-hour tour, plus an extra $10 for hop-on-hop-off is excessive, though the guide’s narrative is informative.

Hi Dean,

Thank you for riding with us on our ABQ Trolley tour, and for taking the time to write us a review. While we agree that the city bus and exploring on foot are great ways to get around in Albuquerque, we feel that AT&SF offers a unique experience outside of just transportation by providing a fully guided tour, an All Star discount brochure to each guest, and recommendations on things to do throughout the city. We hope that our city overview and your guide's recommendations indeed proved helpful during your visit, and that you'll come back and join us on another tour offering in the future.

Safe travels!
