Sadly only a very a fleeting group visit to see just the Da Vinci exhibition which was excellent.
I was also extremely taken with the external artwork that fronts this museum too next time I'm in ABQ I must put time aside for a proper visit

Thank Frank C

Very disappointed that seniors have to pay full-price and a discount only applies on a specific Sunday of every month. Even in NYC seniors get a discount every time because they are on a limited budget and it takes time and money to get to these places. We paid the full price and loved the exhibit and the museum.

This is a great museum. They have a very nice collection a New Mexican artist work. For me, the best part is the Albuquerque history section. This area is state of the art and it very, very good. Each section has a good intro video and the displays are superior. I learned so much about the city and all it's historic and cultural facets.
Everyone should visit here.
Nice sculpture outside too.

We didn't go into the museum, but the sculptures alone are worth a visit, especially the one at the entrance on the corner.

This is a good example of why regional museums are valuable. There was great emphasis on Albuquerque in a very good way, and also plenty of material about New Mexico more generally. The art was quite nice and we saw a terrific show on African design as well.
