We had to make an emergency trip to SLC as a family member was lifeflighted from a neighboring State. We left the hospital in the middle of the night exhausted and not knowing the city. We had stayed at this motel years earlier and hoped that it was still there. We left our home town with the clothes on our back. Your desk staff were able to provide us with toiletries the we left without allowing us to travel back to the hospital without having to look around and buy some. We were able to return to the hospital feeling full and human again. They were great!

Only thing good was the mattress, it’s a memory foam. The room had trash behind night stand and under bed, phone line was disconnected, outside door it states door locked for our security, use room card to open. The scanner aka card reader was pulled from outside wall, pushbar inside the door was zip tied to open position so anyone can enter. Only had towels for one person. Getting out via car is a pain, have to go out of your way if you want to access interstate or head East. Denny’s next door does not offer deals for hotel guests smell of dirty diaper near front office and business center. Trash cans outside never emptied during our two day stay. Will never return.

Many things were sub-par, including the fact that the outside security doors did not shut, I gave a list to the desk attendant; wish I'd kept a copy, Beds were comfortable and breakfast was OK, but there were lots of things that needed fixing.

We found a good deal on Priceline and thought the photos of the hotel looked decent.
When we arrived there was a group of questionable people standing at the entrance loitering. When we parked an individual immediately came up and asked for money to get a hotel room. On check in the hotel was disgusting. The type of people going into this hotel made it seem like it was a crack house.
We had to walk two sets of stairs with luggage and as we walked down the hall some rooms had broken doors and missing door handles.
When we entered our room at first look it seemed ok. Based on what I had seen thus far I decided to check for bed bugs. When I lifted the mattress there was a syringe lying underneath. I grabbed my things and couldn’t leave their fast enough. This place is a nightmare and I had never felt so disgusted.
Someone needs to burn it down.
