We stayed as an overnight stop on the way from Florida to North Georgia. After a long days driving we did not want to go out and explore Macon so we ate in the hotel. The food was very good, but we were the only diners (on a Saturday night). It did give us a chance to chat to the chef and waiter.
Breakfast was taken after an early morning swim. A good breakfast (at $11 each) though the coffee was a bit cold.
The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet, despite being close to I75.
The only criticsim was that the reception and eating areas were cold, (about 67F). It was still summer temperatures outside, but we had put on extra clothes to eat!
We would stay againMore
