The above is quoted from their own email, hardly call this place Luxury or indeed Boutique. If this is what New Zealanders call Luxury then I am very worried.
For UK travellers who may be reading this, think of a Travelodge then minus what they offer by 50% and you will get my point!
We paid a stupid amount of money for ‘luxury’ not worth the price at all.
Our welcome, however by the receptionist was very warm and helpful, cant knock that at all. Our room was reasonably large but it stank! The shower smelt horrible. The room itself after a good airing and a good sprits of expensive perfume smelt so much better. On the plus side the bedding was clean!
