Went for a weekend away with my partner and it was what we needed. Out of the hassle of the main part of the Hunter Valley but close enough to visit all the standard tourist attractions and wineries. Cost cabin with an open house (ours was gas) with a full length spa bath. Fabulous views. Only downside is for the price I would have thought to include a bottle of the estate's own wine & a small jar of olives would go away long way to bring people back.

The outlook was beautiful. They need to improve the cleaning of the unit. The breakfast basket left a lot to be desired unfortunately. A little bit of T.L.C. would go a long way to improve it. Spa bath was not clean so we did not use it.New comfortable beds would be an improvement. For the price we expected it to be a lot better than it was.

Spent 3 nights here recently. We were put in Villa no.6 which shares a common wall with No 5. Our package included a generous breakfast basket containing Yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice, cereal, 2 slices of bread,a small packet of 2 biscuits and 2 slices of fruit loaf.

The room was a generous size with queen sized bed and small sink and refrigerator. There was a gas fire which lights easily and was cosy. A small TV and DVD player too along with a very comfy lounge. The bathroom was large included a walk in shower toilet and spa bath with a lovely large window looking out to the vineyard and beyond.
We ate breakfast at the bay window soaking up the day. Through a door in the main area we could access our own small verandah. The Estate also has a small pool.

Room Tip: There are only 6 Villas. Three in groups of 2. We stayed in No6...the style of nos. 1,2,3,4 are a bit different to numbers 5 and 6.

Fabulous place, the views are amazing and it's such a peaceful place. Ray is lovely and very helpful as well. There are plenty of wineries close by, we did try to eat at Bistro Molines but they had a wedding on, next time! Having a fireplace was lovely too, great views, great wine-we will definitely be back.

We stayed for Easter long weekend and were sad to leave. We got up early for sunrise, the view is breath taking. We had dinner at nearby Bistro Molines, it was delicious! Ray's wine was fabulous. The spa and fire place topped off a great weekend. Good value for money. Will most definitely be coming back.
