The host, Ray was extremely accomodating and made our stay memorable and pleasant. The hospitality, view and the wine is the by far something to come back for. Definitely will return in the near future.

Peaceful location with amazing views over the valley, our cabin was very comfortable with fireplace, spa bath, kitchenette and terrace. As the other reviewer says, it's a 15 mins drive to get to the wineries but definitely worth it for the tranquility. Ray is exceptionally welcoming and went out of his way to look after us, I'll definitely be back ...

Sitting on the top of the hill, the views from all 8 villas at the estate are amazing. Each villa has a spa and the site includes swimming pool and BBQ s for use by guests. Our bed was comfortable and the villa a good size. Having been built in 2003 there was a bit of aging noticeable (cracked toilet seat connector, sagging settee etc) but we were made very welcome and breakfast provisions were very generous. Ray, the owner, is good for a yarn and for local information, plus making a very decent shiraz!

Room Tip: Ask for one of the newer units

The view from the window and ledge is beautiful. We had a wedding down at Milones which was a minute drive so we stayed the weekend here. The Villa was beautifully situated and had a homely feeling. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast basket was a treat. And the owner Ray was a nice man to talk to. If I would go again I would definitely stay here. Spectacular!

On arrival we were made to feel more like friends than guests. Once you get into the villa, where you find a comfortable bed, kitchenette, lounge and dining table , as well as a fire, (which was not needed in March) you then note the view - amazing.

OK, this place is a little outside the main area of the wineries, buy hey, it's a small price to pay for peace and the most amazing view available.

If you enter via Ray's back gate, don't forget your oxygen mask!

Truly delightful, and whie you are there, try the Bimbadeen Shiraz 2010. A typical andtraditional Hunter Red
