Probably I was very unlucky but I asked for the prawns special and all I had is about a large dish full of creamy sauce with a few prawns swimming in the sauce. Good beer but I didn’t enjoy the fairly expensive food

I really enjoyed my dinner at Copacabana Beer. The service was very good, very thoughtful, good price for a chopp.
We ordered a fish with shrimp and it was a lot of food.
They should have more options with vegetables.

I visited here in early November.

The restaurant is centrally located and menu good.

The service was excellent - the staff serve your food to you from bowls when you have finished your first serving.

The food was ok - basic but not awful. Average.

The restaurant is decorated nicely and overlooking the beach and a park.

I'd go back.

Loved they had the same seafood platter option for 2 or 3 people, and is generously served. Delicious food. Our waitres, Agatha, was the best we had in years. The decor is a little simple but reflects the island. And bathrooms are cleaner and more elegants than the one at my hotel's luxury suit. Don't forget to try their "Caipirinhas" with fruits

The 'moqueca de peixe' is a must! Same goes for the "amarula fashion", a drink that mixes amarula and 'maracuja' (passion fruit). Simply delicious! And the prices are quite fair.
