My wife likes good Vietnamese Pho, and we stopped here for a light dinner.
The restaurant side of this Pho 95 was quite empty tonight compared to the Bar side of the establishment.
We were offered a booth table. They all seemed tight for space. Both my wife and I are slim and my chest would be no more than 3 inches from the edge of the table. Knowing a Pho only dinner takes less than 40 minutes from sitting down to leaving - we stayed in that booth.
Service was quick and professional enough. We only ordered large Pho, mine was with the rare steak, and my wife ordered the seafood version. We ordered just fresh lemonade and it was nice and cold, but too sweet.
As to the Pho, there was a generous quantity of ingredients and noodles. The Seafood Pho was very good, but we both found the broth was a bit sour to our taste and the flavor was a bit weak (too much water). The sourness was unexpected, as we were also given a whole lime cut in four pieces together with the good plate of bean shoots and mint leaves.
Overall, very filling, but not very good.
