Just spent 11 nights at the Spinnaker - the Manager Stuart and his staff could not have done more to make my stay any better - the room, the food, the service was fantastic - not to mention the views over the river - I will be back next year for sure

We usually stay at the Spinnaker but left it too late this year and couldn't get a room. However we still ate there twice for our evening meal. We booked a table as there was 6 of us. As usual the food was great. Catered well for the 8 year old to the 70 year old and all of us inbetween. Lots to choose from and as usual the Spinney steak pie and Guinness were perfect. Can't wait for August when we're back again.

The Spinnaker Hotel is always a good choice. Sunday lunch sitting in the sunshine with friends. Great service. Good food as always. Dog friendly. Value for money relaxed setting friends who hadn’t been before enjoyed the venue and food too. Will be back soon.

Came here and intended to have a nice meal and a few drinks specifically choose to come here due to a lovely meal I had previously. Location was busy so when it took around 20 minutes for our order to be taken I was understanding, guy who served us was very apologetic. From then on it was a disaster, I ordered the macaroni which came out and was lump of congealed oily cheese, received no check back for me to let staff know, then sat at least a further 30 minutes before anyone came to take our plates away and at that we had to call him over. Granted there had just been a change over of staff but felt the customer service was a severe let down. Had intended to stay for drinks following our meal, but can safely safe I’ll never be back.

Another lovely relaxed day out. We take our elderly parents here for a Saturday or Sunday lunch once a month and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff are always very attentive and welcoming. Food is delicious and good value. Particularly the 'small plates' as my parents dont have huge appetites and find the small plates are just the right portion size for them. The dessert are delicious especially The very berry cheesecake which is my husbands favourite. They have a good selection of beers on draught and a good wine list and cocktail selection too. Lovely views of the Firth of Clyde and Gourock yacht club. Haven't stayed in the hotel so I can't comment on that. But the bar/ restaurant is just a great place to spend a lazy day out and the staff are lovely
