Wow. Wow. And did I mention...wow?
My husband and I came across this restaurant passing through Camp Verde.
Granted. Camp Verde is a little off the grid for dining.
But it should be ON the grid, because it was totally fantastic.
Set in a renovated old hotel building, Moscato has creative, extremely clean décor.
We were in kind of a hurry when we visited so our server recommended items that would come out quickly from the kitchen.
My husband enjoyed shrimp scampi and a delectable salad of romaine, blue cheese, pecans and other delectable goodies.
I had the truffle fries and a spinach salad with orange segments, goat cheese, etc. The fries were perfect! The salad was amazing. (and, yes, I know this is not a very balanced dinner...but...hey...)
I believe it's open from 11 am until 9 pm every day of the week.
But definitely check it out. If you're within 200 miles of Camp Verde, check it out.
Because if I didn't mention it earlier...
