I asked for something special as it was my friend birthday but they did not do anything sadly ... it had been completely over looked as when we arrived we weren't actually designated a room by the looks of it - we were given one there and then that was free then ... room very large but not up to 4* quality , dirty mark on bed spread, a very small amount of toilet roll that we actually ran out and grout yellow - no tea and coffee making facilities either which for me as a regular hotel user is usually standard.
The food in the hotel at dinner time was great., good size portions, drinks also reasonably priced and friendly service - the breakfast was ok but the hot selection was not refilled very often and we had to share an egg ! The staff were great and the hotel in general was very clean and inviting ... we would return .

This hotel is on The outskirts of Lorca and provides comfortable rooms the downside was that when we returned from visiting the castle we could not get a drink as the bar was closed between 6 and 8 in the evening. Also when we returned from an evening out we could not get a drink again as the bar was closed again

We stayed in the Hotel Jardines de Amaltea for two nights during our visit to the Murcia area of Spain. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was continental style - basic but adequate. The location of the hotel, which we had difficulty finding, was on the edge of Lorca and surrounded by car show-rooms and garages which was a bit odd, but the hotel has wonderful gardens in which you will soon forget where you are. We used the hotel as a base for travelling around the region and therefore location was not so important for us. We approached the hotel by driving through Lorca and finding the hotel was difficult - however, I believe if you are coming from the motorway, it is much easier. In summary, the hotel is good, comfortable and value for money - location should be considered if looking for something a little more special.

Stayed for one evening for a business trip. The bar opened at 8.30pm which was a little late but the girl at reception was happy to serve us until then. She also gave some great advice on where to go for dinner.

The rooms are basic with a good bathroom. The breakfast buffet was Ok - they had hot bacon and fried eggs aswell as fruit and yogurt.

Stayed for one night on the way back home.
We arrived around 1400 check in was swift and polite and we were told about all hotel facilities dinner times etc.
Room was a good size with the bed being comfortable. Bathroom was fine.
Pool area and gardens at the rear of the hotel are lovely.
Good value for money.
