Went with my granddaughter since she watches the Food Network often. Blanche (the owner) was featured on the food networks channel. She ordered the fried chicken and I ordered the fried catfish. We both loved our dinner, mine came with macaroni & cheese and spinach. Both were delicious. Blanche was a very down to earth, nice person to talk to and made us feel right at home. The peach cobbler dessert was fantastic. We will come back to enjoy more dishes next time.

In observance of our 55th Anniversary, we enjoyed a simply wonderful meal at Serendipity Tea Room. Up-scale Southern cuisine combined with warm, genuine hospitality made for a very enjoyable outing. My wife enjoyed the crab cakes while I had the “Pork and Beans,” (an understatement if there ever was one). This was a tender, juicy pork chop served with BBQ baked beans with an apple-butter topping. Simply wonderful and a very imaginative pairing. Blanch very sweetly surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries. We will definitely be going back to try other delicious sounding items. Thanks for a great meal.

We've been going to Serenity Tea for many years. First at its old location and now at the new location. This was our first time at the new location. It is quite lovely. Not as historic and quaint as the old location, but there is much more room and it is very light and bright and cheery. The food is always very good. The scones are excellent. Love the clotted cream. There is a huge selection of teas and even a wide selection of iced teas. Service is excellent. We will definitely keep coming back.

Finally got to go experience this place. The food was 10/10. Every piece of food is handmade by the chefs who are husband and wife. You can taste the love and care that is put into each meal. This is not like your chain restaurants so while it does cost a little more it is well worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone passing through. I am definitely going back myself.

The live jazz on Saturday is the perfect compliment to the variety of delicious teas and world class dining. I loved everything about it down to the corner lot they are perfectly placed on, love this place.
