Great place, views we could look at all day but we made sure to get out and about on walks in mountain passes, and along mountain streams in the cool evenings. The house balconies and terraces give ample opportunity to eat, drink and chill outside. The bedrooms are really comfy with great views too.
Inside the house is unique and we cooked up some great meals.
Note there is no outside bathtub so not sure which house this refers too..maybe a neighbouring one..unless you are a very fit mountain walker/ cyclist you are likely to mostly drive to other spots to walk, visit the local bar or pick up supplies. Apart from basic toilet roll and washing up liquid the house has no supplies so don't forget to stock up before you go so you can chill out once you're there. Planes and amazing beaches are also very close by. Directions there were very sketchy...however in the end v easy so just meet Nano at Pontenuevo outside, the bar on the, road, and he will drive you (Posada junction off the autoroute then aim for the Picos). Nanos English is sketchy but he is charming and will look after you. Note: Totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the steep access.

Amazing views, good food by Nano, all organic products from his farm, dairy harvested, firewood kitchen.
Do not miss a bath outside on the hillside facing south, natural water, fire under the bathtub, a good book and friends on same experience.
