Taco Cowboy replaced noche. I ordered the shrimp taco and lobster. Very good and I would go back here. The frozen rosé was yummy!

The menu is essentially the same as the old "Noche" concept of Tom's
I generally don't have a high opinion of food quality in taspas restaurants but this is a shining exception. Every item on this menu is excellent quality, well prepared and the service is excellent as well. You can't go wrong with this restaurant.
Tucked into a corner at Virginia & Highland Avenues, Taco Cowboy offers an extensive selection of appetizers, salads, (protien add-ons available) tacos, tapas, Happy Hour & daily specials, served up with a full bar, fine wines, boutique cocktails or beers, beyond the usual tex-mex experience.

Grilled Octopus $12. Roasted Cauliflower with garlic, herbs & cheese $10. Fried lobster tail with honey mustard, clarified butter $15. Lobster Taco $9.
Flakey Jamacian Beef Empanada Pastry on Cliantro Lime Aioli, $5 was generous, delicious, & savory.
Plump, juicy, stuffed dumplings $5.
Watermelon Salad served with moist Feta Cheese and Crispy Prosciutto curls with balsamic drizzle, was refreshing $9.
Several $5 dessert selections.
Key Lime Pie arrived creamy, & dreamy, with real whipped cream, fresh strawberry & mint sprig garnish.
