My personal opinion is that - for tge conditiin offered - the prices are a little bit to high. I have shared an apartment with 3 other friends, but i would not recomend it for two families. The room upstairs has no entrance door and the height reaches 1.80m only half the room. The food was good and the rooms were clean. Apart of the swiming pool, wich is ok, there are no other sports or games to play. The personnel was polite and friendly

We booked an apartment which should have, according to Booking.com, AC and 2 bedrooms, suitable for 4 adults. After a short look over the available pictures, where only one bedroom was shown, we called the property by phone – once again, we were assured that 2 separate bedrooms (each one with a private bathroom), are available (we mentioned that we are 2 families, i.e., 4 adults). The cruel reality was: one huge living, with AC, but one bedroom without AC (and having the bathroom with no private entrance); the other bedroom was in the attic, with no AC either, with no entrance door (!), very small – only kids with 1,20 m high or less could use it (and the adjacent bathroom was even smaller). It was very hot – the small AC in the living worked 48 h without success for any of the bedrooms.
We try to switch the apartment with 2 normal rooms, but we found that no other room of the property has AC (in fact, neither hallways nor stairways, neither the restaurant nor the lounge), despite the information on Booking.com; we try to leave, but – according to the policy of Booking.com – we were informed that the first night will be cashed anyway… This is a terrible weak point – who is responsible for such incorrect information, and who should pay for this??? They gave themselves 4 stars (but in the attic there were no chairs, no wardrobe, only a bed which effectively fill the room!), ask for a 4 star price, and show only convenient photos of available rooms – and Booking.com let the tourists to be robbed??? I expect some compensation! We ruined our weekend staying 2 nights there, in a terrible heat (under the roof there were 50 Celsius degrees or more), with two of us climbing the narrow stairs and kicking their heads… and the price was not at all very low! We should mention also that Wi-Fi was very weak in the living and almost null (i.e., useless) in any of the bedrooms?

Room tip: Avoid hot days because no A/C available in most of the rooms

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Bran (actually in the village called Predelut), on a top of a hill offering a panoramic view to the surrounding area. The Bran castle can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes.
The first impression is not so good – the exterior of the hotel has nothing appealing. However, inside there is a totally different atmosphere. The reception area is very friendly (a little bit too crowded for my taste but nothing disturbing). The rooms are nice, not too big, clean and very comfortable. The beds are a bit too hard, which for me was ok but for my husband was not. The only problem with the room was the lack of air-conditioning. We were lucky that we had good weather. However, in the hot summer days this can be very unpleasant.
In the first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was ok. We ordered some basic food (chicken and salads) and the meal was fresh and tasteful. The breakfast was diversified and very good.
Excellent personnel service – very polite, respectful and very friendly.

The hotel is not in Bran but after a place called Predelut. It's quiet and the staff is nice, the rooms are big and clean and decorated with taste. I don't recommend if you want to travel around here without car because it's quite far from Bran castel and other places for turists.
I don't recommend the restaurant.

The hotel is a bit far away from the bran castle, actually it is not even situated in Bran, but in Predelut. The building is not beautiful from the outside, but the decoration is ok on the inside. Maybe a little bit kitsch, it depends on your taste. Rooms are big and clean. I think the prices are a little too high for what it's worth. The restaurant it's a diseaster, maybe one of the worse dinners i had in Roumania. Not to mention the prices! Breakfast was fine on the hand.
