Just got back from a stay at The Westin Richmond. We used the hotel as a base for a photo trip to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and historical areas in an around Richmond.
We found the staff to be very acomodating/professional/friendly!!! Amanda at the front desk and Richard (bellman) were very helpful. Richard gave us great advice on places to see/visit - the Shirley Plantation was one of the high points of the trip.
The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable! As we had friends in the area, we did not use the restaurant.
We will definitely stay at the Westin on our next trip to Richmond!!More
