Hotel located in a beautiful area of Stintino, shuttle bus organized to the beach, rooms are clean but basic.
Impossible to sleep till 12 o'clock in the night - karaoke with drunk people in the open bar is so loud that you simply can not sleep if you want, after numerous complaints to the reception- no reaction, nothing.
No internet in the rooms, at the reception internet is also very slow.
Very basic breakfasts with no fresh fruits and atmosphere of a canteen, if you like mass tourism - choose this hotel.
Otherwise choose another place where you will be at least respected by the management of the hotel.

this is a good hotel set in roomy grounds with its own quiet, private beach though the beds on the beach cost. the beach is about 1 km away and the hotel runs a continuous shuttle to and from the private beach and onwards to the incredibly crowded la pelosa beach. most of the hotel staff were really helpful, though we checked out early at 7 am so missing breakfast which was excellent, and the clerk on the desk was hopeless and didn't seem to understand that all our bookings were paid for via booking.com.english language is often a challenge on sardinia.
the rooms are good and we had a lovely view of the sea, though the wifi is pretty non-existent. there is plentiful parking next to the hotel.
we had a very unpleasant experience renting a rubber motor dinghy from a company called Isola d'ercole di ajello at cala rosa's beach. they took a 1000 euros deposit from my credit card and i was stupid enough to agree to this thinking it unimportant. after we returned the dinghy safely the company appeared to cancel the deposit, saying at the most it would be removed from my credit card the following day. It took 4 days before the transaction was cancelled !
This is a warning - DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRACTICE OF BLOCKING AMOUNTS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AS SECURITY DEPOSITS. In cala gonone they took 100 euros as a cash deposit immediately refundable and soe places don't even bother with that.

I believe the hotel staff helped to remove this offensive deposit.

Stayed one night. Nothing special.
No view from any room. No wifi in rooms.
Small rooms approx 15 sqm.

Hotel is a collection of concrete houses spread out with no attractive facilities
Old bicycles, pool is big but loungers are very hard and uncomfortable.
No towels provided
Breakfast is just cheap sweet items (jam, sugar doughnuts, cakes and some runny scrambled eggs
No fruit and cappuccino is chargeable.

Overall We will not be back..

This is a nice hotel with good quality services right near the La Paleosa dream beach. We have spent here a week with the family and overall were very satisfied. The hotel is not a traditional big building, it is more like a big nice and well maintained garden with little houses in which there are the rooms. This makes it very relaxed and calm.

The pool is warm and nice and the shuttle service of the hotel to the beach is very convenient. The beach is about a 10 minute drive with their little bus that goes back and forth all day long with the exception of "siesta" time.

Stintino is a 5 minutes drive away where you can do grocery shopping or have a nice dinner.

This is a kids friendly hotel therefore expect lots of running and playing of kids. The breakfast is focusing on the kids as well which mean a nice rich breakfast but not super healthy.

Dinner is not recommended in the hotel as they have no Al a Carte restaurant and the menu is simply similar to the breakfast. However just 100 meters from the hotel there is a nice restaurant where you get a nice meal for a good price.

The rooms are nice and tidy and bright and brand new. Some small items don't work perfectly, such as switches and stuff, but when you tell the reception they send the repair guy quickly. There is a fridge in the room that you can ask to be empty so you can use it for your own food.

The only negative is what is everywhere in Italy typical. That is the lack of proper wifi. They have wifi only at the reception area and that one is not the fastest either. But I guess for a holiday you should be able to manage without Internet. :)

The hotel staff is very very helpful and kind and try to fulfil all your needs.

Room Tip: With bigger kids, close to the pool. With smaller kids or no kids, away from the pool due to noise.

Booked two nights 15-17 June. Rebecca at check in was a total delight through out stay. We were taken personally to room 510 by her.
The room was spotless clean , save a few ants by the door. After letting Rebecca know she immediately had house keeping come by to sort it all out. Her professional way of dealing with guests was exemplary. Th breakfast was a Buffett style. This was good too.
The only small point is the "hosts" at the pool. They disturbed is wanting to chat when really , we just wanted peace and quiet. Wether the "lifeguard" should be relaxing on a guest subbed is also questionable
Overall a good stay though.
Plenty of parking and good wifi in reception area.
Thanks to Rebecca. You're a star employee
