This is a spacious newly built villa, with incredible views of the Sardinian countryside. The bedrooms are of a good side with a very spacious living area.
The beach is just a short and pleasant walk away and really is an incredible beach with a bar there as well for refreshments! There are bicycles to make the trip to the beach even shorter, and everything you could want inside the house from clean bedding, to excellent cooking facilities.
The refund came through quickly and the directions were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to return! I would recommend this villa to anyone!

Probably the best villa we have stayed in. If it had a pool then it would be perfect. Spacious interior for the four of us with a well designed loggia: two seating areas for different times of day. Good TV, DVD, Xbox. DVD and games libraries.
The nearest beach is about 5 minutes drive away and there are others not much further. Most beaches are lovely fine sand and safe for smaller children.
The villa has some mountain bikes but it was really too hot to exercise much! It was really useful to have beach parasols, body boards and boule sets to use.
Local shops and mini-mart supermarkets are adequate.
Local restaurants: good food and affordable.
Quite a long trip from Olbia airport (3.5 hours), Cagliari would be a much more manageable 1.5 hours. Hire car essential.

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in July 2011 and really loved it.
It is just as described and has wonderful mountain views. It is set in a very peaceful and relaxing surroundings. There is an amazing beach nearby and some very good restaurants too. This part of Sardinia is very beautiful and unspoilt.
A car is essential.
We found Alan and Sharon {owners} extremely helpful and honourable.
We will definitely come back.
