Having had our holiday cancelled by the hotel during the pandemic we were told we could not have a refund and would have our booking moved to 29thJune to 8th July 2021 and we would receive confirmation.
We have had NO communication since then, no confirmation. The hotel have since stopped answering my calls and when I tried on another phone line the man who answered said noone spoke English there so they couldn't help me. Absolutely outrageous.
They have had payment in full and are still trading so I don't see why we have not had any confirmation through.
Be warned when booking not to pay in advance! You may loose all your money!More
