My wife and I enjoyed our week's holiday in the Angela Boutique. We had a deluxe twin room. The hotel is very clean, well situated and has extremely pleasant staff. We were bed and breakfast and we found the breakfasts generally good. However I was rather surprised when I was told that they could not provide me with decaffeinated coffee at breakfast. I was informed that it was available from the bar but I would have to pay for it.
My main complaint about the hotel, a complaint mentioned by others, is that it advertises itself as luxury and boutique. You have a certain understanding what a hotel describing itself thus would be like. You would expect the bathroom to have more upmarket toiletries rather than one small bar of soap and a shampoo dispenser. I would also think that when you ordered rosy wine from the bar you would not witness the barman adding a little red wine to a glass of white wine. This is ridiculous in a hotel calling itself boutique and luxurious.
I would recommend the hotel but understand it is not boutique and it is not luxurious.More
