My wife and I spent the most fantastic 2 weeks here on our anniversary at the end of September. The hotel is lovely, the food is excellent but most of all the staff are probably the most personable that we've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and we never saw a single one without a smile on their face.

There are very few places that we would consider returning to but this is definitely one of them.

Stayed here recently for two blissful; & relaxing weeks. A very clean place with the most delightful friendly staff you could ever wish to meet. Our first encounter was with (gorgeous) George who was waiting to pick up our luggage as the coach stopped. He always has the most delightful smile & a few words of pleasantries. Same at Reception for service, smiles & leave you wanting for nothing. They are always ready to provide local information & details of how to get to wherever you want to be. Food in the Restaurant was Fine Dining in the evenings but very disappointed that not everyone chose to dress to suit the occasion & whilst Gents are asked to wear long trousers & proper shoes sadly no rules for the ladies. We loved being properly presented as all part of the experience. Housekeeping was also excellent with many changes of bed linen & plenty of good toiletries available. Bed was turned down every evening with the gift of a chocolate each on the bed too. As there are only 48 rooms there is plenty of sunbathing space & no fighting for a sunbeds either. We were enchanted with the pool lights in the evenings as it appeared to be lit underwater with a series of fairy lights which kept changing colour. Pool towels are provided & changed on request.
There is also an indoor pool, gym, sauna & hammam & spa. We enjoyed blissful, peaceful sleep in our comfy bed throughout our stay & returned home well rested. The only thing we personally would have liked was more evening entertainment /dancing.

After our first stay last year we decided to treat ourselves again to a night away in this wonderful hotel. Once again the staff were amazing, the room just perfect, with a comfortable bed and of course the beautiful private pool too. We booked the same room again, and booking direct with the hotel was an easy and pleasant experience and they couldn’t have been more helpful, even allowing us to check in early, so we made the very most of this beautiful room with its private pool.

The only real downside is that the hotel is located in Sissi, otherwise we would visit more often, the area around the hotel is starting to look fairly run down and scruffy and during the first week of October the resort was very very quiet too.

Would we return? Yes definately, but would stay in the hotel for dinner rather than going out in the resort.

We have had a very pleasant and relaxing stay here in September.
The hotel is well situated in a most quaint beautiful village with a good selection of tavernas cafes and bars.
The hotel is spotlessly clean with well equipped and comfortable rooms. The restraunt offers a good choice of food at breakfast and dinner with the option to purchase lunch at the pool bar. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff particularly Emanuel, Lisa and Stelios in the restraunt and the wonderful smiling George on the front door.
We enjoyed this holiday so much we have already booked again for next year.

We visited in mid-September for 2 weeks and generally enjoyed our stay here in this adults only hotel. It is a quiet hotel in a small and relaxing fishing village. If you want exciting night life then the hotel and resort are not for you but it provided us with some much needed r&r.

We stayed in a Junior Suite without a pool and it was on the third floor (top) which had views of the sea the hotel and some of the surrounding hills. The church next door filled the foreground view. The church bells are very loud but they do only ring occasionally (three times in our two weeks).

The hotel room was kept spotlessly clean as were all of the main hotel areas. The pool did not appear to be cleaned every day and we did notice an issue with cat or dog mess on the lawned area beside the pool. This was dealt with immediately by George the concierge. It might be worth the hotel checking this each morning.

We celebrated our anniversary while staying and the hotel organised flower delivery for my wife and the hotel added a nice card and a bottle of prosecco as a gift which was a very nice touch.

There are plenty of loungers even though the hotel was full and plenty of seats for dinner and breakfast. The food is very good but not 5 star quality. There is lots of choice for starters which is buffet style (maybe too much choice) with soups, various salads, hot options. The main courses are a la carte from four choices and sometimes additional "show cooking" options. These were sometimes excellent and sometimes average but generally good. There was only one night where the service took a dip and we waited a long time for our dinner but we put that down to a one off in the kitchen. There is the option for a special dinner which is around 50 euros per head and we enjoyed this but there was a lot to get through!

The staff here were definitely 5 star. Special mentions to Eleni who was just excellent from first arrival to us leaving. George is great and always eager to help. Mike the waiter was very good too and opened up more as he go to know us.

There was the nice touch of fresh fruit each lunchtime if you were sunbathing. There was very little promotion of the spa and we didn't use this during our stay. We might have done if ther had been any offers or promotions which the hotel might like to think about

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here.
