Third lunch in a year...and JAMS is now firmly established on the "dependable" list!

Quick story - table of five, two food allergies, three very fussy customers and a new waiter? Disaster? No...JAMS handled it great! Though the house was only half full, our order was complicated enough to frazzle the (obviously?) new server...but it never happened. We had our food delivered just great... :)

The burgers weren't anything to found a church upon but the meat is high quality and the ingredients hand crafted—it's a good burger. The flank stake is over $ for what it is but very well prepared...and fish'n chips were every bit as good as downtown London (indeed). The remoulade was a bit under-flavored but that's subjective.

Expect dark, fairly common 'pub-style' decor but also expect staff who are well trained and apparently interested in the craft of Hospitality.

If the next visit stinks, we'll STILL be back. :)

Our group reserved the private room on the second floor for our dinner event. Neat setting, really good food. We had a great time.

Came in for Sunday brunch, little hesitant at first because the menu is not your typical brunch menu. Glad we stayed, staff is excellent and the meals have great flavors. Wife had the chefs burrito, one of the best she has ever had. Understand why they sell out every sunday. Will be back with out a doubt.

Jam's is a very hip bar/restaurant scene. It was crowded and offered a choice of outdoor and inside seating. The wait staff and hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. The Gin and Tonics were very good and reasonably priced. The menu had a lot of nice creative choices. Order time to delivery time was quick. We arrived later in the evening so we chose to split a dinner of Fish tacos. The plate had two tacos with fried fish that was in bite size pieces of mahi-mahi (resembled popcorn shrimp) and it was over fried. The bites were extra crunchy and somewhat burnt tasting. The sauce and cabbage slaw were tasty. The red chili rice was tasty. I'd probably try something else on the menu and give them another shot.
