We went to Seattle for Seahawks game and booked the hotel through sports promoter. We were very pleased with the service of all staff including the restaurant and lounge. The food at the Shaker & Spicer is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the stadium (approx 30 mins) and very easy to find. Very close to Pike Place Market which was awesome. We would definitely stay again.

And you're a great guest/traveler Q4591TMbobb! Thank you for the wonderful review and rating. It's great to see another positive review come through that speaks to our location, excellent restaurant and staff. We work hard to make it known how darn close we are to Pike Place Market and the surrounding sites as everyone tries to claim vicinity to the Market.

We hope to see you back again next year for another Seahawks game...or even earlier?

Thank you for selecting the Palladian and safe travels until next time.

All my best,
Ben Thiele

This unique boutique hotel has it all. The decor is unusual and unique. The rooms are impeccable and clean. The location is convenient and close to everything we wanted to see and eat! The bed, bedding & room set up top notch! Worth every dollar! Definitely coming back

Great boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. The staff was totally over the top with great service. We so appreciated their full, attentive service. The lounge is a little light on character, but the drinks were good. Make reservations for breakfast, no other restaurants in the area worth the money. Rooms are unique and very comfortable. Happy with the bed and our view. Great location to the downtown area, easy to walk or grab an Uber, if needed. Happy with our stay.

Hi PegiSueD, so glad to see that you were able to join the Shaker and Spear team for breakfast. I'd eat there every single morning if I could and I completely agree with your statement.

Thank you for the kind words and great review. Happy holidays and hope to see you again in the near future!

My partner and I cannot rave enough about how awesome our stay here was. The hotel has really cool decor but it's the staff that blew us away. Brynn was helping us initially and it was so amazing to be greeted by her upon arrival. She is an absolute delight and she gave us so many recommendations that were all 100% on point. She and Leeann went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every recommendation, every suggestion, made our trip fabulous. I can't wait to return to Seattle and see them again! If you're seeing this, Thank you!!!

Adam B!! Great review and rating! Thank you so very much for taking your personal time to put your experience into a Trip Advisor post. Brynn is a rock star and I'm not sure what we'd do without her. Having Leanne alongside Brynn is a magical combination and really exemplifies what the Palladian is all about; friendly service delivered uniquely to each and every guest.

Thank you for coming to stay with us and we hope to see you again in the near future.

We stayed at the Kimpton Palladian for 2 nights during Thanksgiving. We came in late and were properly checked in by the gentleman at front desk. The hotel does not have self-parking so you have to use the Valet so he said. The valet person that night was not useful at all as he did not want to go outside or something: it was cold and wet. But we had to use Valet for that night. As we went out for dinner, he had the audacity to ask my son to return the cart when we use it carry our luggage up to the rooms. Afterward, we ended up parking the car ourselves on the street 200/300 feet from the hotel's door. By the way, the Valet service in the morning was excellent as these guys were very nice and would open the door for us.

The room has nothing to brag about: small and nice marble bathroom. The bed felt like a futon rather than a normal spring bed.

The bed and its wall had a flaw in the design where there are 2 square holes at the foot of the wall. My son's phone ended up sliding out of the bed and fell right into the hole. It was impossible to get it out so when we went out for lunch, the staff decided to cut the square hole down to the floor to get my son's phone out. The engineer claimed that my son's phone was only the second/third phone ever made it through the hole: impressive feat by the phone I guess.

Room Tip: Excellent location to explore destinations around downtown such as Pike Market Place, etc.

Happy Holidays Belrion and thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're disappointed to hear that your arrival experience was subpar. First impressions are everything and the service you received the next morning is how you were to be greeted and served the night before. I'm terribly sorry we were not at our best through the whole experience.

As for the whole in the wall, our engineer is right. Those holes are specifically but into the headboard so all power outlets can be accessed, but it does make it a challenge when a device falls inside. We're sorry for this inconvenience and are looking for a way to reduce the chances of devices falling between the headboard and wall.

I truly hope these two incidences don't deter you from considering us in the future. Thank you again for sharing this experience so we can work with our team and product to refine the overall experience from start to finish.

All my best,
Ben Thiele
