I only made it here once but it was good - had the fig jam and goat cheese breakfast sandwich, which was a little rich but very tasty - and the woman running this place was very nice.

Come to this little hole-in-the-wall for the amazing snack waffles. He makes Liege style Belgian waffles which occupy a tiny corner of the menu board, but you smell them as soon as you enter and see them sitting in the little case. He makes them fresh throughout the day, if you're lucky, you'll get one fresh from the oven.
Also try a mocha. I'm told he imports his chocolate from Europe (Belgium perhaps?) and it's really good.
Closed Sunday, so don't go looking for waffles then.
