I stayed here for 6 nights and had a really good experience. We had a nightmare journey to get there and ended up arriving over 5 hours late but when we called them to make sure they weren't going to give our rooms away (that had happened to us with a different hotel on a previous occasion) they just told us not to worry and were very helpful.
The check-in team, porters, valet guys and room service team were all really fantastic and helpful during our stay.
The rooms are a good size and nicely furnished although could do with a light refurb as some of the furniture is getting a bit tatty. The desk is a good size to work from and the wired internet connection was reliable. All rooms have a minibar, laptop-size safe, iron and ironing board as standard but it's the bathroom that really made the difference for me. The bathroom was huge with a lovely deep tub and a separate oversized shower that you could really move around in...sadly lacking from most hotels.
My only issue was sleep quality...all the bedroom doors really slam hard when they shut which did wake me up on a few occasions, and also the walls are so thin that I got woken up by next doors alarm going off.
Overall though I really enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to return.

Had a really great stay at Grand Hyatt Seattle. Really convenient location, close to the light link rail station, only 1 block away. The train will bring us conveniently to airport in just 45 minutes (and it only costs 2.75 $ one way). The light link rail was really clean too! which is a nice surprise for a public transportation. When we checked in, we were given a corner room, which is a real nice surprise. It has its own living room and a bedroom. Very spacious! And the bathroom was really spacious too, it has a gigantic bath tub, and a shower room. Overall the stay was excellent, we get much more than we expected (and did I mention they provide toothpaste in the bathroom? usually hotels don't provide toothpaste, although soap and shampoo are always provided). The check-in staff was really great and helpful, when we checked out, but we ran into a little bit of a problem with some drinks that were listed in our bill (we didn't drink anything from the fridge). Apparently the fridge has a sensor, so when we move things around in the fridge (to make way for the delicious smoked salmon we bought from Pike's place - we were really careful about packaging the smoked salmon so it's practically odorless), it records the movement and thinks that we took some drinks out of the fridge. The matter was resolved by a very helpful lady at the check out (although the gentleman at the check-out desk was not very nice/helpful and gave me a bit of a sour face when we faced this issue at check-out). He looked pretty arrogant too, for that matter, which is unfortunate. But it's okay, cause the other lady was real great, and very helpful, and hopefully next time he won't be so arrogant or has that sour face when dealing with people.

Loved everything about this hotel. Service was great. Got a great price by searching the net. Great location. Room was great. Breakfast was free and what you would expect from a free breakfast.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the water

The room was very nice, clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom is very large with separate shower and tub. The hotel does not have a gift shop which seemed odd for a fancy hotel like this; however, there is a small deli/market on the premises as well as a Starbucks. I had to pay $7.95 for a few minutes of Internet service in the business center. Easy walking access to the convention center. Friendly staff.

I found the free breakfast on the grand level could have offered more. But overall the hotel room was great.
