Hotel is located nearby Queen Anne Avenue. I actually stayed one night each at the Holiday Inn and one night at the Holiday Inn Express (they are right next to each other about 30 steps apart, and were the same price. They have separate parking lots (right near each other) and both cost $21/day. Both rooms were comparable, large and clean, nice bathroom, fridge and (I believe) they both had microwaves. Holiday Inn wins for overall property (elevator was better and they have a bar right outside the door). The Express wins for view of space needle and they let me check out late (I was sick as a dog, and my flight wasn't til evening) they let me stay til 2 vs noon.)

Friendly and helpful staff and a clean, tidy, well located hotel in a thriving city downtown. The only slight negative for me was that, although the food was good and the service friendly, the menu was limited with not too many options.

The hotel is well located near Space Needle. Rooms are comfortable. However, breakfast experience is the worst. You have to be on a line waiting until a table is free and the service is really slow. Options are limited and not so tasty. For business purposes, it is slow as hell. Not recommended unless you want to eat somewhere else.

We are driving around the Pacific Northwest and Seattle was of course on our itinerary. So we needed somewhere easy to access with a car, reasonable parking fees, but still downtown so we didn’t have to drive everywhere. This was in a great location. You’re not right in the middle of things, but it’s only a short walk to the space needle and then maybe 30 minutes walk to a pioneer Square and that area. After so much driving it’s nice to get out and walk!

The room had two doubles, which is a bit of a squish for the couple (my husband and I) compared to a queen, but fine for a couple of nights. Other than that the rooms are nice, spacious and clean and reasonably quiet. The staff were lovely.

We were on the 6th floor, no view to speak of.

The hotel itself is good and for the price is a reasonable stay. It has parking right below which is convenient.

The one thing that is a slight challenge is its location. It is at the far end of downtown Seattle and therefore connectivity is an issue.
