I booked it on line and shortly afterward got a message of any special needs. I was arriving early off a cruise and leaving late the following day by plane.
When o got there, the arrangements i asked for were there with no fuss or fanfare, just a matter of fact.
The room was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable.
There are several things like the market that are within walking distance. The Hop on Hop off tour bus has a stop at their front door and that was very convenient. It as an interesting way to see down town Seattle and a ride around the area that was narrated.
Eric the concierge was fantastic. He was there to show us where to go and what to do the basically two days were were in Seattle. He not only gave us a map and pointed out features around the hotel within walking distance, he went outside and pointed out places to eat and do.
The following day, he helped us with our stored luggage and assisted us with a lost uber ride. We had already checked out hours before and he went beyond the call of duty to aid us.
I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel with a great staff. Spent a weekend there prior to our recent 7-day Alaskan Cruise. Eric Peterson (not sure of the spelling of his surname), the Concierge, was outstanding. He went above and beyond and was always cheerful, helpful and informative before AND while we were there. I'd stay there again if I'm ever in Seattle again. Hotel arranged for our transport to the Ship.

First the location is great, we were able to walk to many attractions like the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass and Sculpture Park, the Japanese Gardens, the Pike Place Market and the Olympic Sculpture Park.
Our room was spacious enough for two, amenities were good.
Front Desk staff was excellent, concierge very helpful.
The light rail from the airport stops at Westlake Station, from there it is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel.
Good restaurants in the area.

martinaeh16, thank you for the wonderful feedback! We're pleased to hear you were able to visit so many attractions from our central location. We also love the tip about the light rail - it's a very convenient method of transportation to and from the airport!

Stayed here for 2 days after a 7 day Alaskan cruise. Very clean, updated, centrally located, easy walk to Pike's Market, Aquarium, Ferris wheel. Also easy walk to Westlake center where you can pick up either the rail, or the monorail over to the Space Needle, Chuhily Glass and Garden. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Booked on-line with a third party, but The Paramount sent a survey about our arrival and departure time so they could accommodate us. I've only visited Seattle for a stay just this once and would stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Room tip: 401 is near A/C unit, but not too loud and this room also overlooks the roof

Darla, we're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our central location as much as we do! We love accommodating early arrival and late departure needs, so thank you for letting us know in advance - it is greatly appreciated! While 3rd party services can certainly be useful, we're getting ready to launch our rewards program next month for travelers that book direct. Be sure to visit our website next time you find yourself heading to Seattle! Warmly, Ian

Excellent hotel with marvelous staff! Super clean and very comfortable. In a superb location downtown, minutes walk to the Link Light Rail and Pike’s Place. Lots to do in the area. Check-in and check-out is always a breeze. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking. But if you’re just using the light rail to get around, that’s not an issue.

Room tip: Check the parking fees before you book to make sure if it’s worth it to rent a car or not.

Enrique, thank you for sharing your recent experience - that's wonderful feedback for our staff! Parking can definitely be a challenge though. Be sure to take a look on our website next time you travel our way; we typically have parking packages that are discounted and included those costs. Otherwise, your tip about the light rail is spot on - just a block away and very easy to use! Warmly, Ian
