Excellent location, great staff (specially, Shaneille @ front desk), room and bathroom good but small- specially, at the $363/night that we paid for this stay; next stay same place in a week would be $155. I would recommend it at the lower price. Great restaurants and places close by.

Thank you SergioR2013. I appreciate your mention of Shantell: she's been a wonderful addition to our Front Desk Team in her time here and we're glad you felt so too! Seattle has a tendency to be fairly dramatic when demand is high. I'm not surprised at the price swing you mentioned, even from one week to the next; while that's not every week, it does happen and isn't unique to us. We do try to stay competitive, and I hope you'll always consider calling us directly to ensure you get the best price.

Thank you for your feedback and patronage,

I cannot tell you how much I loved this Inn/hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is top 3 for sure in terms of convenience, location and amenities.
First, the hotel is on Bell & 3rd...central to everything. 10 minute walk to pike place market, 15-20 minute walk to Seattle center, 35 minute walk to Queen Anne Hill. 12-15 minute walk to the waterfront. My husband and I walked everywhere and we loved it.
There a quite a bit of convenient stores and restaurants/bars nearby. Biscuit B***h is right next doo and I ate there multiple times cause it was just delicious!
Secondly, a kitchenette! Room has a microwave, fridge with mini freezer, sink and coffee maker. There aren’t utensils/dishes but a few paper plates and plastic ware from the convenient store worked out fine for our 5 night stay. Leftovers from your night can be breakfast the next morning! Which I love.
Third, there’s a rooftop deck & free use of bikes to peruse the city! We didn’t use the bikes but it was a nice option to have. The city of Seattle has Lime bikes everywhere but you have to pay to use them; having the Inn provide them free means you’re saving $$. The rooftop deck is amazing and has good views. We went up there to have a few drinks and wind down for the night.
Fourth, the room is comfortable: the beds, toilets, chairs, everything. Everything is modern and up to date which I love. The pillows were great, sheets weren’t stiff and we just slept well after full days of walking and sight seeing.
Oh! And they give you free cheez-its in your room! A snack! The coffee in the room is Starbucks as well and Tazo tea. Brand name drinks always sit well with most guests.
There is a laundry room on the first floor for guests. The hotel has a few off site parking lots/garages to use for a few each night but we didn’t need it. There’s a pull up spot in front of the hotel and on the side street (bell) to catch an Uber/lift/taxi or drop off. The bus stops are right outside as well. Very convenient. We used their computer/printer to print city pass vouchers and that was quick and easy. They have free wi-fi too. The staff was always nice and someone was at the front desk at all times it seemed. They can give good recommendations on the city and even set up taxi reservations for you! Or any other car service.
Mind you, Seattle is a major city, there are homeless people outside but that’s everywhere in Seattle. I love in D.C. and we hve homeless Individuals as well. They don’t bother anyone. Homeless/unfortunate people head to west coast for the weather so please do not let this change your mind on staying at this hotel. You will see a homeless person in front of any hotel in Seattle.
So yea, book your stay here cause we loved it and will stay here again if we ever come back!!

Thank you stellar20! We're thrilled to read your review about your experience with us. It's always a very high compliment when frequent travelers rate us so well, as we know that there are many great hotels out there, so thank you! As you mentioned our location is fantastic; you're so close to everything (and Seattle is a very approachable city) that having a car is often unnecessary. Our complimentary bikes are a great way to get around, our famous rainy weather cooperating of course. I hope next time you'll be able to give them a try! Again, we're very grateful for your patronage and recommendations.

Until next time!

Very cute courtyard. They rent bikes, so thats handy. Snacks in the room. Very tidy. Across from some local Asian food places and just down from a yummy brewery with good food. I couldn't be more happy w/ the staff, super nice.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is very helpful. The rooftop terrace is a great place to have your coffee or drink a glass of wine in the evening. Especially because the room has no view. My window was looking towards… another room. There must be rooms looking towards the street, so I would recommend asking for such a room. If it costs too much more, I don't think that it's worth it because there are so many things to do in Seattle. For me, the price is quite high, but this seems to be the normal in Seattle. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent. You can literally walk everywhere if you are not the laziest person in the world.

Hi Varadinum,

Thank you for the recommendation. We do try to accommodate any guest requests. Many guests like the interior facing rooms since they are further from street noise. Our exterior facing rooms were recently outfitted with sound reducing double pane windows so they're quiet as well.
We are competitively priced for the neighborhood. Belltown is great for travelers and first time visitors. We have every type of cuisine available, and lots of Seattle history right here. Both Nirvana and Pearl Jam did some recording here in Belltown. Aside from the food and history we are also within ten minutes walking distance from all major attractions as well as the downtown shopping corridor.

Regards,
Chris

This Inn could not be a better choice when staying in Seattle. It is located in Belltown which has Greenwich Village vibe and is centrally located in downtown Seattle. It is an easy walk to many attractions, Pikes Place market, Seattle Center Park, and to the Westlake light rail station. There are several very nice restaurants nearby. Very nice refurbishment of the building with a very colorful exterior and smallish but very comfortable rooms. We did not ask about the types of rooms available as we just want to get settled and get out and explore, but our room was just great. Clean bathroom and very comfortable sleep. You can hear hallway noise but not room to room noise. The roof top is great for sunning, for a picnic lunch or for photos at night. The elevator does makes a strange series of noises between the 5th floor and the roof but gets you there safely. Super friendly staff who will suggest great eating spots and give directions. There are umbrellas and bicycles that are free to use. Just a very charming little hotel and priced reasonably for such a rapidly growing city.

Room Tip: Book well in advance
