Uugu Bluff is located at the north-east coast in Muhu . The place is nice walking area between car journey.

A nice nature place to eat to eat packed lunchThe place is good for eating packed lunch, as long as you don't leave trash in nature.

With nice views of the Baltic, there are also caves and walking areas. But...the land is unstable, and often steep, and it is easy to trip or fall. There are several good, multilingual signs explaining the area, and why it is a rare ecology. You can also find remnants of Czarist fortifications.

If you decide to go there I recommend to take empty bottle with you, because there is a SUPER GOOD opportunity to taste Estonian spring water! After drinking that, you don't want any other water :)

Worth to see. even more perfect in autumn when the leaves are colorfull. 300 m long Üügu bluff is the most representative among the bluffs in Muhu. Free of charge.

Hidden away a little way through the trees from the nearest road access, the bluffs show very clearly what movements over time have done to the local rock strata.
The Estonian tourist board has put up very informative visitor information but in all honesty, a visit here is more about enjoying the forest and shore.
Walking boots are very advisable in wet weather but you can happily go barefoot along the shoreline.
I got stuck in contemplation whilst staring out over the water - a great place to find isolated spots to enjoy the Muhu quiet.
