We had all inclusive deal. Food is excellent, diverse and rich, fish to meat (5 sorts a day), vegetables and fresh fruit in abundance, while breakfast is a happy meal for kids with cereals (6 sorts) or Nutella and classics, too (butter, 3 egg varieties, sausages, cheese). 2 fresh water swimming pools with one slide are pure joy for kids, although sea beach is 6 min of pine wood walk away. As the hotel itself is surrounded with pine wood. When still requiring shopping centre it is 1 km away. It is our top spot for safe, kids vacation, 85% are families, very enjoyable.

I can praise food. The food is diverse, tasty and freshly prepared. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly and efficient. Very nice are the outdoor and the indoor pool.
In the bathroom there are no holders for hanging towels (on the door or on the wall). It would also be necessary to replace mattresses on the bed, as sleep was uncomfortable (room 112). Room cleaning is well organized, because it was always done at the time we were at breakfast.
In an all-inclusive bar, the white wine was very poor. In the restaurant, white wine was fine. Spirits in the outdoor pool bar included in the all inclusive offer are of very poor quality. Also non-alcoholic drinks. Beer is ok.
Staff at the reception are friendly, but they are not trained enough.

In this hotel I was with family on vacation and I can say that I was half satisfied. The hotel was well furnished but the cleanliness in the room was catastrophic (the spit on the walls of the room, the smothered mosquitoes on the walls of the room, the rubbish under the bed, the used ear sticks in the drawer of the nightstand ....). When we went they wanted to charge us more than what was agreed but fortunately we had an email showing the previously agreed price. What can be positively highlighted is the variety of food and friendly staff at the hotel restaurant. The impression of the hotel would be a lot better to organize it differently.

We are currently staying here (mid sept) and this hotel gets a mixed but mostly bad review.
Definitely don't opt for all inclusive option- the drink selection is very poor and not worth it, everything you would like to order is extra. Food selection and quality is really bad. We cancelled our all inclusive after 2 days. It's an effort to find something to eat for breakfast.

Gym is not worth putting as a facility- there is very little there and most things that are there are broken. Entertainment was poor (and given there was a storm, gym and entertainment became very important to us) but the entertainment staff were friendly.

The cleaning staff nearly fought me with me because I asked could we get our towels changed- apparently they only change towels every second day, but there had been a storm and our towels were soaked. She refused to do it until I argued with her that it wasn't acceptable to leave us with soaking wet towels.

Something's are ok- the rooms are fine, standard for what you would expect from a 3 star. Pool area is good but the sun loungers are very uncomfortable- no cushions or towels provided.

Reception and ent staff are friendly but other than that the staff are just rude and unfriendly. They don't even acknowledge us in the restaurant or hallways, they look so unhappy and angry, maybe they just don't get paid enough to smile but this really isn't acceptable.

It does feel like perhaps the season is over here and the staff are sick of tourists after a busy summer, but for us who save all year to come on holidays it is not good enough to be treated like that.
Location wise it's ok- it's about 10-15 minute walk from the bars and restaurants. Biograd centre itself has some really lovely Italian restaurants!

Thank you very much for taking the time to rate us and leave us a comment since feedback is highly important and always welcomed to us.

Our chefs are preparing food on daily base, also we are supplying ingredients from verified vendors and quality is very good. Gym is equipped according to hotel standards and it is necessary to have the understanding that this is not a professional fitness hall. If something is broken guests should inform reception about it.
The cleaning staff changes towels every second day due to the standard for three stars. But always when someone ask they put even every day. For all kind of problems you can reach reception, there is always someone on duty to resolve the problems.

We think that staff and service are one of the most important factors that make all the difference and we therefore choose carefully and put a lot of focus on making sure we have an individual, warm as well as professional and efficient approach.

If you change your mind, we are looking forward to get another chance to show you our full colours.

It's a nice hotel, on a nice spot between pines. Little bit of walk to beach, which was actually full in september. Food in hotel is good, but not much diversity. We had like spagetti 4 out of 5 days of our stay - but we didn't eat them... Sea food was excelent,.. a lot of times food was almost totally cold. The dinning room should be bigger and sou should the food counters - more avaiable... Rooms were clean.
