An unusually well designed interior with some interesting selection of art in the wall. Set up like a diner, but much more stylish and restaurant like. A genuinely original feel.
A good selection of cocktails, I tried the Faultline Fennel, which is gin based and mixed with fennel syrup. Nice idea, but bad execution as the gin completely over powered any sense of fennel.
I chose the Spinach Salad, which was excellent. Very fresh spinach, good goats cheese and well cooked bacon.
Non overpowering live music gave rounded out an excellent evening.
Careful about going on Tuesday’s as the place offers specials to locals so you might find it hard to get a table.
