My wife and I have visited Soll for many years for our annual skiing holiday but it was only a few years ago that we discovered the little gem that is Pension Edelweiss. Even as you approach Edelweiss you will get a warm feeling due to the beautiful traditional design of the building and when you enter that feeling gets even stronger as you are not only entering your holiday accommodation but also a family home.
On arrival you will receive a lovely welcome from either Frieda or Bettina, if your luck maybe both. On all of our visits we have had a lovely ensuite bedroom with balcony, an added bonus are the fantastically comfortable beds, which are always very welcoming after a hard day's skiing and maybe even a little apres.
Breakfast is a traditional continental, with lots of bread rolls, meats, cheeses, jams and cerials to fill you up for the day, all served with hot or cold drinks of your choice. The breakfast room is also a great place to have a meet other guests and swaps stories and experiences.
Added to all the above the great hospitality that the family give during your stay makes Pension Edelweiss as special place.
I award Pension Edelweiss ❀️❀️ If you visit you will understand why.

This B&B is a true gem! Had a wonderful stay here during our 1 week ski vacation. The hosts, Bettina and Frieda, are extremely friendly and helpful, we felt like a member of their family during our stay. Location is ideal, just on the edge of town beside the Spar, a few minute walk into the centre of town where there are numerous good restaurants. Will definitely be staying here on any future visits to Soll!

My husband and I stayed at the Edelweiss for 5 nights at the end of June and were so impressed with the hospitality we received. Our room (11) was on the second floor and, although not large, it was ample for our needs, with an incredibly comfortable bed, lovely shower room and a balcony with a beautiful outlook to the mountains. The breakfast offered is simple but delicious, with beautifully fresh bread rolls, cold meats, boiled eggs, and a selection of cereals etc. The Edelweiss is peacefully located only a few minutes walk from Soll centre with a large Spa shop right next door, making it an ideal location. Best of all though, is the warmth of the welcome given by the owners, mother and daughter Frieda and Bettina, who are so friendly and helpful and made us feel very much at home. All this for just 33 euros per night each was truly amazing and we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else now that we've found this little gem.

Myself, partner, mum, dad and friends stayed here during half term for a week of skiing. I couldn't recommend more!! The rooms are very clean, the family can't help enough and breakfast is beautiful. The hotel is very cute! Lots of personal touches. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. There is a room down stairs to dry ski clothes too. It's also right next door to a spar for any essentials you may have forgot. The town centre is small but is only a 2 minute walk away and the ski lift is about a 10 minute walk. Would definately return :) Good apres ski in the area. :)

This was our second stay at Pension Edelweiss and as with our previous visit it did not disappoint. Edelweiss is family run and they love to interact with their guests. Our room was a beautifully modernised double on-suite room on the second floor with a balcony and lovely views out over the village and the mountains beyond.
Pension Edelweiss is perfect for anybody looking for quiet/comfortable accomodation. As the family who run the Edelweiss have a young family I don't think it is suitable for those who want to go wild with their Apres Ski, there is plenty of other accomodation in the village more suitable for that. However for us Pension Edelweiss is in the perfect position in a quiet area on the edge of the village, where we are looked after by a lovely family.

Room Tip: Lovely traditional Pension
