You wont be disappointed if you stay here. The hotel is good - its just not out of this world.

Breakfast is world class and staff in the restaurant excellent. Staff in the rest of the hotel are very good - not excellent - but very good.

Facilities are good. Great swimming pool, great outdoor hot tub. Bar lacks a bit of life for a hotel that has a night club in it.

Be warned though - the gym is terrible. It is way overheated and no aircon. Only option is to open the window (that doesn't open much). If you intend doing any serious training its completely unworkable.

Ski room could definitely be better. Its too small for size of hotel and lacks charm.

Overall this is a solid 4/5.

Very demanding and stylish hotels!
It 's true that the rooms are not too big but we were satesfied with it. The restaurant and the service is excellent! Nearly 120 people were in the restaurant, but the waiters were very kind and patient not only quick "dump" the orders, but they asked our opinion and taking into account our wishes as well. So the restaurant has a friendly atmosphere.
The hotel and also the town is a perfect location for ski and also you can spend pleasant evenings.

Booked a pricey designer room advertised as to have 35 square meters. We checked late in the evening and when we arrived at the room surprise, surprise. It was in the basement, the doors were 1,85 cm high, and the ceiling 2 m. Since we used that trip to visit our nearby apartment that is currently under renovation, we had with us the laser meter and the room was actually 27 m2, and not 35, with all the "walls" in it. In fact, there were no walls - bathroom and toilet are separated by sliding glass. We complained, but since it was high season and late at night they told us they could change the room only tomorrow. Next disaster, that night they didn't bring my baggage from the car and when we realized it (after the dinner) they told us that the guy responsible for it already went home and that we can only take the keys and look for our car in the garage alone and bring the baggage by ourselves. The dinners were below average, look nice but the taste was ...well as the cook just started learning how to season and pair different ingredients. The waiters were all super nice, that must be said, very attentive and intuitive (unlike the receptionist who looked and acted like they fell from Mars). At the end as we were checking out they gave us farewell gifts in two bags, which we used to put some small stuff we had in our pockets. Guess what!? The bags never reached our car.

Room Tip: Do not accept rooms that start with number 1 as it was the first floor - in fact it is some kind of semi basement, with 1,85 high door

The hotel reception, lounge, bar and spa all more than live up to expectations in terms of the design and feel. The bar serves the best hot chocolate Ischgl and the spa, and outside hot tubs, are all lovely.

However our bedroom was really disappointing. Very dated decor and the bathroom really let the hotel down, which was even more dated and absolutely tiny.

It is not a cheap hotel to stay in, which is OK, but one does expect a certain standard of design, food quality and service, which reflects the cost. Then they charge guests an extra 2€ to have a coffee in their own room, every time :0( #notcool

The hotel food really wasn't great at all. The service was ok, at least everyone was super friendly, but for the cost one would expect a better standard, also because the standard of English (OK, my Austrian is non-existent) isn't great, it is difficult to know what is happening with all the various courses, but you will get into the swing of it by day two.

All in all we felt that superficially it was nicely designed in the common areas, but really lacked the substance that belies a hotel of a good standard.
