Stayed here the beginning of February. Rooms were clean, reasonable size and have a lovely bathroom with walk in showering facility. We had a nice balcony on the front but noisy late night drinkers often kept us awake walking past the hotel. (Not the hotels fault). Rear rooms might be a better choice. The breakfast and evening meals were lovely with plenty of choice and nicely presented. The hotel bar is too small and allows smoking (Often the case in Austria), we never used it. Preferred some of the town bars. The ski room was OK but compact and could get busy. However we were often out early and never really experienced too many people in at once. There is a drag lift right next to the hotel which takes you far enough up the mountain to access two of the main cable cars. From the second car you can do the ski circus. Returning to the hotel is great, the cable car in the town is open until around 9pm with most of the run flood lit. The hotel run is just off this area. Obviously I don't recommend skiing in the dark but you can push a later finish! Overall we loved skiing this huge area included visits to Fieberbrunn and Leogang which are an asset to the Saalback-Hinterglemm resort. We would use this hotel again.

Room Tip: Front rooms have a nice view but can be noisy. (Not the hotels fault) Rear room view over other hotels + slopes so maybe the best option.

This is not a traditional Tyrol Hotel but it is spotlessly clean and tha food and service is really top notch. We have been skiing for 20 years and this hotel is up there with the best we have stayed in. The hotel is convenient to lifts and we didn't have to use the ski bus at all. The wellness area is a bit too small if many guests like to use the sauna. The front of the building can be a bit noisy late at night.

We found the staff very helpful with excellent food & lots of choice. Our room was at the front so we slept rather erratically especially on Friday evening when some inconsiderate guests made a lot of noise rolling suitcases & shouting to each other. We had requested a bath in one of our rooms but unfortunately Crystal Ski cannot seem to organise a simple request.
As mentioned before the smoking in the bar is very annoying especially as it is so close to the dining room & the adjoining door was usually left open. The public area for guests is extremely small & again suffers from smoking fumes.
Some of our party used the saunas in the basement. Occasionally it could become crowded as both saunas are small - but it is a good facility.

Room Tip: Ask for one at the rear of the building & away from the lift & stairs

Well this is now the 3rd time I have stopped in this hotel and would really like to stop there again, but people keep booking the hotel when I want to go, so please stop it!!!!!!!!!!!!
This hotel is great, I again stopped in room 305, it can get a little noisy as the room is situated at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road, but the room was very clean, with a bath and a shower and he noise is the snow plough cleaning the snow away off the road.
The food was really nice again, the staff friendly and always willing to help and not rush you into eating your food. They gave you time to eat.
The ski room was warm, ok it can get a little crowed as only one bench to sit on, but up a flight of stairs and you are next to a t-bar lift. So you can see back to the hotel.
There is still smoking in the bar which is a shame, so to me the positives of this hotel out weight the negative points. This is a great hotel which I really like and will be going back there if the rooms are still available. :-)
