After reading some reviews on various sites we finally decided to go for this hotel and never regretted the decision for a second !
Okay, like one complainer said, The Jacuzzi is a bit chilly and the fruit mix at breakfast was from a can.. but that's about it ! ( and it was the only complainer I could find ) The other 99.9% was just great !
The hotel is very well maintained, spotless in every way and the location is nice and quietly set between the mountains. There was something for everyone in our family. The kids loved the pool, garden, play aria, and all the free ice cream that was served every afternoon.( I'll admit, I loved the ice cream too ) The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, Midday soup and bread was served, cake and ice cream in the afternoon, and dinner always served with a smile. But as in all hotels, the main ingredient for a perfect stay are the people who work there. In this case the owners Julia and Michael Walchhofer who are a perfect team together. They are effortlessly making sure you fee at home right away. The whole atmosphere is very laid back, Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always ready to give you some tips for the day. Next to this the hotel has a great staff ( and Eva ;-) ) which gives the the place a personal touch.
Normally we're not the people who will visit a hotel over and over again, but I'll tell you, this one is really tempting !

Hotel in general was very nice, lovely spa area, friendly service. The downside of our stay was the fact that the manager didn´t welcome us, no one showed us our room and we were never addressed with our name. During our whole stay neither the manager nor the manageress asked us if everything is to our satisfaction or how our day went. During check-out we were not asked if we had a good time and a thank you wasn´t mentioned either. Noone was at reception when we left. It was also disappointing that at a four star hotel, you have to pay for bathrobes and the safe key.
