Where do I start the bed 10/10, the room 10/10, the staff 10/10, everything was fantastic here. It made for a great stay while we were in NOLA for a Conference/Holiday. Can't fault it, make sure you stay here for a NOLA French Quarter experience.

My title says it all...I can't imagine finding a better located, and friendly hotel in NOLA. Staying here made the whole trip a pleasure. The rooms are authentic with amazing high ceilings and extremely comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and nothing was a problem. Get to this place and have a sensational 'home-away-from-home' right in the heart of the action...loved it!

Just across the main road from the French Quarter and Casino, so it's very quiet.
Great staff, extremely helpful, nice coffee in the Lobby too. Great WIFI.
Close by to some lovely restaurants, Chophouse, August, Mr B's and for breakfast 2 great cafes, Ruby Slipper downstairs and the Commerce a block away.
Very nice room , tall ceilings, great beds and linen.
Will stay here again when we visit!

Pros:
The staff as great
The beds and bedding are the best
The rooms had the most amazing high ceilings and charming decor
The Ruby Slipper is connected to the hotel and has the best breakfast that I've ever had
We were right between the business district and the French Quarter, which is perfect walking distance to nearly everything. A $5 Uber ride at most.
Harrah's, the riverfront, and the outlet mall is a 5-10 minute walk
Cons:
There was construction right outside of the hotel that caused a bit of a backup for valet parking.

Room Tip: Grab your walking shoes and get ready to explore!

GOOD

Location was very convenient, loved the historic feel and look of the hotel, this is not your Holiday Inn, think European,.

Was very pleased with my room all clean and no complaints.

Staff were amazing especially Kenya, the manager, she gave us some valuable recommendations, tours restaurants, music venues, she rocked.

Great restaurant next to the hotel.

Close walking distance to all the attractions, but not noisy and felt safe.

Flat screen TV with plenty of Channels on offer!

Very quiet Hotel.
