We're back at our favorite New Orleans hotel. The staff is wonderful and everything is very clean and sanitized. The casino is great and a lot of fun to be in. The location of the hotel is just a quick walk to the French Quarter. The only thing missing so far is a big jackpot. They always make us feel welcome here!

Good, safe place for a bit of vaca these days. The casino's hotel strikes the right balance between pandemic safety and normal operations. Staff friendly and glad to see guests. Ruth Chris happy hour very nice.
We came here on our Honeymoon this weekend and it was the best trip we’ve ever been on. The staff was so friendly! Jeffrey helped us with parking and Gerrell was the valet worker and he was such a big help as well. We’ve never seen more friendly people in a setting like this. We will certainly be back!!! Everything was super clean and up to par for covid, service was extremely fast and the bed was super comfy!!! It was located right in the middle of everything so walking to wherever we wanted to go was easy.
The hotel is beautiful put one of the most critical elements what’s the bed and pillows both were tremendously uncomfortable. The service staff were truly amazing without exceptions the cleanliness was very good as well
Staying at Harrahs Hotel, and because of Covid I understand the no room service, no daily cleaning service. However, the Casino leaves a lot to be desired. Tables are limited to number of player (again understandable because of Covid) but then they raise the minimum bet to cut their losses. After all why should they lose because of Covid. I suggest if you want a cocktail BRING YOUR OWN! Cocktail waitresses are scarce and once they do come around can not bring you what you order, because they cut back their inventory, and get this was told “because of Covid”. Guess it’s business as usual, their philosophy “screw them, I’m getting mine”! Sad. Sad state of affairs. But look, y’all come out and have FUN!
This was my birthday vacation and it was all besides a celebration. From checking clerk was confrontational when asked why my charges was different than when u called 2 days before, to the FRAUD charges to my room from that same clerk, to a wobbly toilet. Good thing, there was Hot water.
