Has a delightful dinner at Landry's Seafood (Lakeshore location). The dinner was delicious - nothing like fresh seafood. We started with the New Orleans Crawfish Bread (crawfish, tomatoes, garlic, spices & mozzarella), dinner selections: I had the Crabmeat stuffed broiled shrimp, dirty rice, green beans and the delicious house salad served with bag warmed French bread and the honey butter. Companions had the Crabcake, the Blue Crab Cake +BBQ Shrimp. So much food leftovers were taken home. The view is lovely and you can sit outside.

Ate a late lunch at Landry's with guest. Local fare including red beans and rice, with fried fish and guest had a crab cake, cheese grits and a salad. Desert.. Cheese Cake Service and meal were very good. We dined on the deck with beautiful view of Lake Pontchartrain. Adjacent to the Maritime Museum and Southeastern Yacht club.

'oyster bar debris ' is grill jumble shrimps and lump crab meat is a must choice for appetizer. ' Bayou Seafood Bowl ' is a very good seafood dinner.

The meals were excellent. The service was even better. One of our party has very limiting dietary needs and the server and the kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate us. we had a number of different seafood items and all were excellent. The location overlooks Lake Pontchartrain so the setting was great.

We were able to get a table out on the deck, which was nice. We wanted to eat 'healthy', so shied away from the traditional NOLA fried foods. But, were told that the crawfish bread was a favorite, so we got that. It was good...more like pizza. There were many seafood options and our entrees were delicious. We didn't over indulge, otherwise, and there were a few local beers available...could have had a few more micro-brew options! Service was excellent; waiter was friendly and prompt for a Friday night.
