The location is excellent and we liked the 24/7 concierge. We stayed in room 203. We found out when we arrived, that the only way to access the bedroom was by a tiny and very small spiral staircase. My 68 year old wife with two artificial knees found climbing up the stairs very difficult. The hotel was full and couldn’t offer a different room. Also, there was a roof leak in the bathroom and it was uncomfortable to have cold roof drip on you back. The walls were stained with brown streaks.
We notified the front desk on Thursday morning. We did not get a response until Saturday night and the owner was onsite by Sunday morning. The leak was not fixed but we did get a credit to our room bill.

Everything was exactly pictured. The bed was one of the most comfortable away from home. The pool area is nice and peaceful. The rooms are huge, I loved how our windows went up to the balcony, but the balcony is in need of work, but he is working on that. We absolutely loved our Condo. Will definitely stay again. Only downfall was the water pressure in shower, but that wasn't too heavy of a deal to complain.

Grenoble House is in a safe area of the French Quarter. Noise from the area does not reach the hotel. The courtyard and pool were relaxing and a good meeting place before heading out. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We did not cook, but appreciated having a refrigerator and living room space to gather.
