The casino is large and appears to have a good selection of newer machines. Video poker area is on the small size and the schedules were not great (there were 4 NSUD machines at the $ level). The hand pay I got was quick and easy. The outside smoking areas had old machines and not a great selection...good for smoking only.
Recognition for status was non-existent as were comps. Got the impression that you should be honored that they let you visit them. The diamond lounge is small, but the staff is very friendly.

great please to hang out play games win cash and eat dinner. we stayed in new orleans for about a week and when it rained we went to harrahs and had some fun and dinner and a little shopping, there was even a concert but we didnt check it out,

I’ve been to my fair share of casinos, and this one is particularly nice. Of course, I lost money gambling, but the facilities are modern, and there is no smoking—a casino rarity. I also must admit the ladies restroom was the nicest smelling public restroom I’ve ever been in! The casino hosts free karaoke twice a week (Mondays by the restaurants and Thursdays in the Masquerade lounge), which is a fun bonus!

Place is nice, Casino is nice. Too expensive to try hotel. Area is a little suspicious as well. Would have stayed in Casino longer if drinks were not to be paid for. Even 2 dollars is too much when compared to other Casinos......
